In the background at the moment, I am working on introducing a weekly update to the index which will provide some info on the movers in the index as well as the shifting of the balance of the sectors. It's currently running manually on a Saturday, but I plan to automate it over the next weeks.
In the meantime, you might want to have a look at the CleanTech Index updates, which indicate some positive monthly (and quarterly) movements in the broader listed clean-tech sector:
http://www.auscleantech.com.au/PDF/index/1Q13%20Performance%20Report.pdf
I also note they have rebalanced the fund and may drop GRK (Greenrock) due to oil investments and may add EAX (Energy Action) both of which are relevant to this CEI.
The jun-2011 list of companies in the cleantech sector remains on the ASX website (http://www.asx.com.au/documents/research/clean_technology_sector_factsheet.pdf), and they have advised that they have subcontracted out the revision of this document, but could not provide a timeframe for the update. I won't update the CEI index companies until that document is released.
